Frederick L. Kohnke, President and Chief Executive Officer
	Fred Kohnke was recruited by The Compass Group to join CBS as President and Chief Executive Officer in February 2001. Prior to joining CBS, Mr. Kohnke served for 16 years in various senior financial and general management positions at Burns International Security Services in New Jersey, Southern California and Chicago. He ultimately became President of the Midwest Division, the largest unit within Burns. Prior to his tenure at Burns, Mr. Kohnke held senior financial management positions at various commercial companies, as well as in public accounting. Mr. Kohnke received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University, an M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University in Chicago, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Kohnke resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife.
William E. Aglinsky, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
	Bill Aglinsky joined CBS as Chief Financial Officer in October 2003. Prior to joining CBS, Mr. Aglinsky spent 16 years with Cleveland-based Management Recruiters International (MRI), a human resources solutions provider with over 1,200 offices in 26 countries. Most recently, Mr. Aglinsky served as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of MRI. Prior to MRI, Mr. Aglinsky held a number of senior financial management positions in industry and public accounting. Mr. Aglinsky received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Aglinsky resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife.
Kathryn S. Bernard, Executive Vice President and General Counsel
	Kathy Bernard joined CBS as Executive Vice President and General Counsel in November 1996. In her 10 year tenure, Ms. Bernard designed the Company's self-insured and self-administered workers' compensation program and developed related protocols and policies for employment practices, loss control, safety, litigation, drug testing and background checking. Ms Bernard is active in state and national legislative efforts that affect the staffing industry and has written numerous articles for specialty publications on workers' compensation issues and employee leasing. Prior to joining CBS, Ms. Bernard was the regional vice president of workers' compensation, unemployment and employment practices for a national insurance brokerage. Ms. Bernard received her B.A. degree from the University of Cincinnati, and her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Ms. Bernard resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband and daughter.
Suzanne M. Perry, Vice President, Human Resources
	Suzanne Perry joined CBS as Vice President, Human Resources in March 2001. Ms. Perry has over 17 years experience in human resources management, specializing in employee relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment, selection and legal compliance. Prior to joining CBS, Ms. Perry held senior human resources positions, both domestic and abroad, at various Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Perry is a member of the Society for Human Resources and received her professional certification in 1994. Ms. Perry received her B.S. degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University, and her M.B.A. in Business from Thomas More College. Ms. Perry resides in Hebron, Kentucky with her husband and two children.
Lesa J. Francis, Chief Operating Officer
	Lesa Francis joined CBS Personnel in 2006 as Chief Operating Officer with over 25 year of industry experience. Prior to joining CBS, Ms. Francis most recently held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development and Operations at Spherion. In that position, she had national responsibility for their $1.5 billion Staffing and Workforce Management business. Prior to her 14 years at Spherion, Ms. Francis held various positions with Adia (now Adecco), from Branch Manager to Regional Vice President over her 7 years with the company. Originally a native of Kansas City, Ms. Francis received her undergraduate degree in Business Management from Northwest Missouri State University. Ms. Francis and her husband live in Atlanta, Georgia with their two sons.
